COMPLYING WITH ASME CODE B31.1

COMPLYING WITH ASME CODE B31.1
Understandably, safety is the main concern per the requirements set forth by the ASME and those responsible for the production, maintenance, and overall performance within facilities that house high energy piping systems. Each operating company is responsible for the safe operation of its critical components which requires a dedicated program hosting proper planning and data management.

ASME Code B31.1 Chapter VII Par. 140 states that a program shall be established for the assessment and documentation of the condition of all CPS (Covered Piping Systems) in power plants.

Click the brief video below to learn how you can prioritize for the assessment as well as provide documentation of the condition of all CPS utilizing Thielsch’s 4-SYTE Inspection and Data Management Program.  Implementing this program for your CPS components supports the requirements of the ASME Code and allows for proper planning and data management.
